This is our 2nd time working with Plumbwell. First time was right during the stay at home order and second time was a few days ago. Every single time was an emergency where either our pipes were blocked or our sink was broken and spewing water everywhere. They always have someone on call and got their guys to see us ASAP. Bob and his team are absolutely awesome! From my initial conversation with Sabrina to Mike coming out to assess the initial issue followed by Bob coming over to spend better part of that first day with Mike to fully diagnose the issue and create a plan forward and finally getting all the work done the right way, they were nothing short of great. Bob and his team inspire confidence when discussing all things plumbing. Plumbwell is by far the best plumbing company that I’ve used. The owner Bob is a very experienced and honest person. He has a great team of people working for him. I had a new hot water heater installed. They took care of all necessary plumbing work and charged a very reasonable price. Job was completed with an inspection approval. I have gone through so many plumbers in this old house over the thirty so years and finally found a company who really are great at their profession and care about their clients.
